Dillon - Powder measure strainer cap

A powder strainer for those reloaders who occasionally need to pull a cartridge for one reason or another. This insert/cap sits inside the Dillon Powder measure and allows you to dump a kinetic puller directly into the top. Powder goes back in the hopper, bullet is sifted out and can be re-used.
