Springfield - M1A Scout Squad - .308 Win - 18" - Black

The Springfield Armory® Standard Issue M1A™ is a timelessly effective design, but sometimes circumstances call for something just a little bit shorter. The M1A Scout Squad rifle is 100% M1A, but with the 6-groove 1:11" twist carbon steel barrel trimmed back to 18". Featuring military aperture sights with 1-MOA adjustments and a rugged black composite stock, this compact rifle runs great on the hunt, from a vehicle, or around the farm.

M1A RIFLE CASE INCLUDED

A heavy-duty rifle bag is included with each M1A. It features a padded foam shell, adjustable interior Velcro straps, and a muzzle protector to ensure the rifle and any mounted optics are protected during transportation.

The 18" 1:11"-twist barrel was specifically designed to offer superb accuracy in a portable package.

M1A FORWARD SCOUT-STYLE PICATINNY RAIL

A forward scout-style Picatinny rail accepts the kind of both-eyes-open long-eye-relief optics that maximize the performance of this platform.

M1A 2-STAGE NM TUNED TRIGGER

The classic Springfield Armory® match-grade two-stage trigger offers accuracy potential well beyond what you might expect from a CQB gun.
