A-Tec - Optima Flow

A-TEC's steel and aluminum constructed suppressors use advanced Flow Through technology, optimized for gas-recharged semi-automatic weapons. This technology directs the gunpowder gases through the suppressor and forward, minimizing backward gas flow and thus protecting both the weapon's balance and the shooter's comfort. This suppressor is ideal for hunting, thanks to its efficiency and durability.

Which thread should I choose?

When choosing the appropriate thread for the weapon, in most cases, the muzzle's outer diameter determines the choice.

As a basic rule, the barrel's diameter should be at least 1.5mm thicker than the thread you choose. For example, if you have a barrel with an outer diameter at the muzzle of at least 15.5mm, you can use an M14x1 or smaller thread.

Suppressors specially developed for semi-automatic rifles. Optima Flow has a patented design that counteracts high pressure in the gas block and means you don't need to adjust the gas flow with the suppressor mounted or for different types of ammunition.

The coaxial design directs the expanded gas forward, which provides several advantages:

Optima Flow is made of aluminum with a stainless steel core. The model withstands many shots, but as it is made of aluminum, it is more sensitive to high temperatures. In a semi-automatic weapon, it is quick to overheat an aluminum suppressor. Suppressors damaged by heat are not covered by the warranty. For more and faster shot series, the steel suppressors of the A-TEC PRO series are recommended. Available with both regular baffles and FLOW technology.

Since July 1, 2022, it has become possible to purchase suppressors for weapons without having to apply for a license. However, the law requires that the suppressor can only be purchased for weapons that you already own. This rule is ensured by us through careful control before we dispatch the suppressor to you.
