The TRS-25 from Bushnell features a 3 MOA red dot reticle and a Weaver/Picatinny compatible mount. The reticle's intensity can be balanced against ambient lighting conditions by adjusting the variable rheostat switch.

Illuminated 3 MOA Red Dot Reticle 

The illuminated 3 MOA red dot reticle floats in the center of your sight picture. The 11 position rheostat can be adjusted to match the brightness level of the reticle against ambient lighting conditions.
